Athletes should have wins but also be challenged in their training. When an athlete hits PRs on lifts that they don't practice often, that is a win in any coach's book! 🙌🏻 Especially because your coach intentionally programs for movements that strengthen the athlete through focusing on their weaknesses. We've had great success with our athletes building weight and hitting their best PRs through a combination of progressions, accessory work, nutrition, and optimal rest days to improve their form and produce optimal results! These are all things we consider in our individually-tailored personalized programming. 💪🏻
