The reason we got started is to show other people that "with a little effort and belief anything is possible!". 


You don't have to follow societal norms - just because someone told you no, or that it was impossible, or that it wasn't worth the effort; that doesn't mean it should stop you! If you grew up broke, you're not forced to be broke the rest of your life. If you grew up overweight, you don't have to be overweight forever! And if you've got a dream, pursue it - it's worth it on the other side, we promise. And you've got more than one person cheering in your corner from our team! 


Forward Focused Programming

Our team is comprised of husband-and-wife duo, Troy and Sarina Kopp. As a home standard, we live by the quote "How you do anything, is how you do everything", this translates into our business, as well. We are constantly growing ourselves to provide a greater experience to our clients.


Troy has been a part of the CrossFit community since 2015. After seeing the impact of structured programming and nutrition on those around him, he has decided to help spread his knowledge and passion to the rest of the world. Troy is a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CCFT), USA Weightlifting L2 Coach (USAW L2), and an Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer (AIT). He also has his CrossFit Programming, CrossFit Nutrition, CrossFit Judges Course, Fascial Movement Taping (Rock Tape), and Inbody 570 Certification, as well as the WSO Referee and CPR/AED/First Aid. He has been coaching athletes in group and individual settings, since 2016. Troy has had massive success with athletes of all skill levels by designing strength and cardio programs using the phosphagen, glycolytic, and oxidative energy systems, ultimately helping athletes to reach their goals. Troy is also the Fittest athlete in South Dakota for the 2018 and 2019 CrossFit Games Open as well as 2020 CrossFit Atlas Games competitor.

Sarina has her degree in teaching and leadership and specializes in controlled chaos. Luckily, she is blessed with organization and a love of people. Her passion is to shower a love of life to those around her by leading others to love and teach. Our lives are a fresh space each day where we can love learning, make connections, and grow. She is a results-driven management professional with experience in operations and management with a specialty in relationship growth, company-wide organization, and servant leadership.
