An alternative to percentage work is building to 'heavy' or 'moderate'. This language is vague and can vary from week to week based on your perceived effort that day. 💬 Percentage work takes out any 'feeling' for that week and gives you a load you should be able to hit at the designated rep scheme. 💪🏻
