There needs to be an objective to EVERY workout you do!
I said what I said!!
➡️ Maybe some workouts are only body weight movements because you just got off of a heavy barbell cycle the last few days and
➡️ Maybe life got in the way for a few days or you're coming off of travel and need to do a sweat sesh to get back in the swing of things.
➡️ Maybe the workouts are designed to target your grip strength because that's an area where you're lacking!
➡️ Maybe it's designed to work on your pacing or consistency.
Etc, etc , etc
📢 Whatever the case, listen when I say: There needs to be a purpose behind every workout you do to suit you and your goals and get you to the next fitness level! That's why you have deload weeks and peaking weeks.
