Are you looking to set a new standard when you hop on the bike or rower? 🥵 To consistently maintain a pace and increase that pace in your training cycle:


1️⃣ Test your current pace.

2️⃣ Increase to a consistent, higher pace for short intervals.

3️⃣ Increase the duration you hold the higher pace.

4️⃣ Continue until you can maintain the pace you want for the duration you want!
