HSPU - #1 RULE: DON'T LOOK AT THE MAT!!
➡️Lower down, keep pressure in your hands the whole time!
➡️Look straight ahead (NOT at the pad)
➡️Lower your head to the mat, keeping pressure in your hands until your head touches
➡️If you're kipping, put your butt against the wall, pull your knees below your hips, kick up hard
💥Press up while focusing on pulling your ribs down to your hips!

1️⃣Start with a pike hspu - to keep the same distance each time, put your heels against the wall! (Or do this with your knees on top of a box)
2️⃣Negatives! Lower yourself down to the mat (slow and controlled), come down, and do it again
