Fitness is like marriage

Fitness is like marriage... It's a commitment. You can't cheat on it and expect it to work!

👩‍❤️‍👨 Husband and wife, Andy and Liz, were following GPP and wanted more individualized programming to reach their goals! 🥅 Since we have started working with them each individually, Andy has lost 30 lbs, he is stronger, fitter, and consistent in completing his fitness programming; Liz has added weight to her lifts, gotten faster and better form, and competed in her first Oly meet - and is planning for the next! 👏🏼

Their son has even taken notice of his fit parents by asking them when they go to workout "are you going to go get strong?" - if this isn't the most motivational statement from a toddler, what is? 😍
