Kipping Pull Up

🤯 Pinching a towel between your feet during a kipping pull up demonstrates and reminds you to engage your core.

If your goal is kipping pull ups, our clients start with a few progressions to get into the "swing" of things! 😉

1️⃣ Start with beat swings!

2️⃣ Practice your kip swings

3️⃣ Add in the pull and push back off of the bar to stay in your beat while doing a kipping pullup

4️⃣ String them together for a series of kipping pull ups!!

5️⃣ Next step, we practice the butterfly kipping motion 😎
