✅ Keep your feet flat during the row
✅ Legs extend first, then your arms engage.
✅ Your back should be flat.
⏮️ Then reverse all those movements on the way back in - arms then legs.
↔️ Your chain shouldn't wobble.
For a 1000m row test - your target is to keep your strokes per minute at 26-28!
